- Speranza Systems, Inc. today announced the appointment of Charles G. (Kip) Moore to the Speranza board of directors. Moore currently serves as principal of Little Diamond Island Enterprises. The technology industry executive brings 30 years of experience to role.
Mr. Moore, is the founder of Little Diamond Island Enterprises a firm dedicated to investing in innovative technology companies. Prior to Little Diamond, Mr. Moore was a General Partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, one of the largest and most successful private equity investment firms in the United States, where he made a number of successful software and IT investments. Mr. Moore was an executive with Automatic Data Processing in general management, marketing and development roles. And he was an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Cornell University. Mr. Moore received a Ph.D. and M.A. in Computer and Communication Sciences from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
