- Speranza Systems, Inc, today announced the formation of the Speranza Lighthouse Council, as a forum to allow leading organizations to play an active role in the continuing development and enhancement of Speranza Command Center™, the company's flagship product.
Speranza formed the Lighthouse Council to provide a venue for industry experts to share their expertise with Speranza's product management team, and to have a meaningful voice in the company's product initiatives. The primary goals of the Council are to encourage the sharing of new ideas, to explore industry developments and leading-edge concepts, to preview and solicit objective feedback regarding new offerings, and to help with quality assurance of its developing products and services.
The Lighthouse Council will be comprised of Speranza clients as well as industry consultants. Events will be held on a quarterly basis and will focus on specific topics of greatest interest to Lighthouse Council members.
According to Glen Solimine, President of Speranza Systems, "We wanted a means to generate ideas that go above and beyond the standard user feedback mechanism. As a 100% client-focused organization, we see the Lighthouse Council as a valuable means to ensure that we continue to deliver the right products for our clients, right when they need them. Our clients should not have to wait for us to catch up in addressing their critical requirements. We will make sure our events are both informative and fun, to help foster the strong relationships that are paramount to our mutual success".
